Janine has a gift of helping writers be vulnerable and share their story. On her spare time she enjoys hosting women's retreats, acting, producing, and helping other to do the same.

Mariana Monterrubio born and raised in Galveston, TX, is a multi-talented individual who wears many hats. As the founder and CEO of MAMI on a Mission LLC, podcast host of MAMI on a Mission Podcast, and Best-selling author of MAMI on a Mission - A Guide Towards Healing, Self-Discovery, and Walking in Confidence, Mariana has dedicated the last 13 years to serving her community. She has worked with non-profit organizations such as SER Jobs for Progress, WorkFaith Connection, Family Houston, and most recently St. Vincent's House as a Career and Life coach, providing guidance, resources, and tools to empower her community.

Where should I stay?

Book your hotel or AirBnB in Tempe, Arizona. The closer you are to the event venue, the better. Our recommendation based on proximity would be the Arizona Grande Resort (4star) or Holiday Inn Express (3star) There are multiple other hotels in this area. Note: We do not have room blocks or discounts available at this time.

What transportation options are there?

We recommend downloading either the Uber or Lyft app for your transportation needs during the event.

What should I wear?

There is no formal dress code for the event. Our meeting room WILL be on the cool side though, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater, wrap, or jacket. We will have videography on site, so dress to impress if you want to be on camera.

Will food be provided?

The event venue only allows for water, no food or snacks will be provided, we will not be catering lunch or dinner.

Can I bring my spouse or business partner?

Yes. You are permitted to bring one (1) guest free of charge which you can specify after paying for your ticket. If you would like to bring additional guests please contact us.
